RoastMyStartup is an AI-powered tool that provides automated feedback on startup ideas. The feedback is generated by artificial intelligence and is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not professional business, legal, or financial advice.

AI-Generated Content

All roasts, verdicts, survival scores, and feedback are generated by AI. They reflect patterns in training data, not factual assessments of your specific business. RoastMyStartup makes no guarantee that the feedback is accurate, complete, or applicable to your situation.

No Liability

RoastMyStartup and its operators are not liable for any business decisions made based on AI-generated feedback. Use the feedback as one input among many, not as a definitive verdict on your startup.

User Content

When you submit a startup description, you grant RoastMyStartup the right to use that content to generate feedback. Published roasts (those you choose to share) may be displayed publicly on the Hall of Flames.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service
• Use the service to generate harmful or illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent any rate limits or security measures

Intellectual Property

The RoastMyStartup name, logo, and site design are owned by RoastMyStartup. AI-generated roast content belongs to the user who submitted the request.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
